Terms of Use:
Feel free to use my designs in any personal
projects and modify as your creative heart desires to fit your
scrapbooking needs. These graphics are for non-commercial use
ONLY, unless a commercial license is purchased and my terms are
followed. When publicly displaying your layout using my
designs, please credit me in the form: Name of Kit (or element) by
Angela Sharrow, angelasharrow.com. This also includes
magazine submissions. These designs are not to be shared,
given or resold to anyone. Ownership of these designs are not
transferable. Please do not use these images for any works that are
obscene, immoral or for any purposes prohibited by law. All
of my images are created at 300ppi.

Commercial/Professional Terms:
AFTER
obtaining a commercial license: The
license is $5 per product and can be used for an unlimited number of
projects specified. Please do not use my images for any works
that are obscene, immoral or any purposes prohibited by law.
They may be used for most commercial purposes, EXCEPT the use of making
another competing graphic for sale (such as a kit). No
digital or web graphics allowed, unless proper permission is obtained
through me.
The products made from my graphics must be
distributed in printed form such as layouts, brochures, etc and may not
be distributed electronically unless given permission by me.
Additional fees may be required for digital purposes, depending on the
usage/project. They are not to be freely distributed or put
in any collections of graphics. I do allow them to be used to
make albums that you sell in your small, home-based business or donate
to raise money for
charities and fund raisers, as long as they are in printed
form. My designs or anything made from them are NOT to be
sold in Internet auctions, such as, but not limited to, ebay.
They may not be put in any collections to be given away.
These designs are not to be shared, given or resold to
anyone. Ownership of these designs are not
transferable. They may be used to decorate a website, as long
as the graphics are not able to be "snagged" and used by anyone
visiting the site. There are no limits on the number of
products you can produce with these graphics and the license does not
expire.

Other products by me may require additional licensing for
commercial/professional use. Be sure to read the product
description in the store on each item for specifications.

You may NOT sell or give away the following made with these designs:
layered templates, custom shapes, stamps/brushes, overlays, tubes
fonts/dings. You may not sell the images "as is", they MUST be
incorporated into a new derivative work where they cannot be extracted
and used by another party. They may not be used to make other
"designer resource" products or tools.
Angela Sharrow will not be held responsible for any loss or damages resulting from the use (or inability to use) these designs.
